MUSICAL CURRICULUM

In 1980 I began playing the bass guitar as a self learned and after playing in many cellars and with different local bands, in 1986 I joined the AFRICA UNITE, the most important Italian reggae band. In 1988 we performed in a TV programme created by Renzo Arbore on RAI 1. We played in the main European capitals like Rome, London, Paris, Madrid and in countries such as Jamaica and Irak. It's an honour for me to have played with U-Roy, Steel Pulse, Linton Kwesy Johnson, King Sunny Ade, UB40, Ghetto Blaster, Manu Dibango.

I recorded many CDs and I played in lots of videos, broadcast by MTV and Italian television.

In 1989 I decided to play the double bass, I attended the conservatory and in 1998 I got a diploma. Now I play in many symphonic orchestras and little ensamble. I recorded many CDs for different record companies like RICORDI.

In addition, I work as a teacher in a school of music.
